About the position

As an All-round Technical Production Employee, you will be responsible for accurately straightening, drilling and rolling components and materials. You will contribute to an efficient production process and ensure that all work meets our high quality standards.

What will you be doing?

• Straightening a variety of metal components.
• Drilling holes and preparing materials for further processing.
• Rolling sheet metal.
• Supporting colleagues with various production activities.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace.
• Setting up and operating machines.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and independently resolving minor machine faults.

Who are you?

• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
• You hold a valid forklift operator’s certificate.
• You have practical and technical insight, with an eye for detail.
  

What do we offer?

• A 38-hour working week in a two-shift system.
• A gross salary of between €2,683.10 and €3,241.20 per four-week period, based on a 38-hour working week and depending on your knowledge and experience. This salary includes a 20% shift allowance.
